Caleb Ashworth

Caleb has lived on this coast since childhood and has sold on it since 2013. The headland houses and the peninsula are both his, which means he has walked every one of them in a February gale as well as in August.

He is the person to speak to about how a specific house behaves — where the weather actually hits it, which rooms hold their heat, what the road is like when the swell is up. Buyers tend to find that conversation more useful than a floor plan.

Caleb runs viewings on the coast personally and will not delegate a first viewing.
