Velora Properties Limited (“Velora”, “we”, “us”) is the controller of the personal information described in this notice. We are registered in England under company number 09441207, at 18 Ferrers Yard, London W1Z 7DL, United Kingdom.
This notice explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read rather than to be defended, and we would rather answer a question than have you take our word for it.
We collect only what an enquiry or a transaction actually requires. In practice that means:
To answer your enquiry, to tell you about residences that match what you have asked for, and — where a purchase or a letting proceeds — to meet our obligations under anti-money-laundering and estate agency legislation.
We do not build profiles, we do not infer anything about you from your browsing, and we do not sell or share your details with third-party marketers. Ever.
If you ask to join our register, we keep your requirements on file so that we can contact you when something matching them is about to be released. You can ask to be removed at any time by replying to any message we send, or by writing to the address above, and removal takes effect the same working day.
Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted after twenty-four months. Register entries are kept until you ask us to remove them, and we write to confirm you still want to be on it every two years. Transaction records are kept for six years, which is the period the relevant legislation requires.
Only the people who need to: our own advisors, the conveyancer acting on a transaction, and the identity-verification provider we are legally required to use. Each is bound by its own confidentiality obligations. We do not transfer personal information outside the United Kingdom.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us using it. Write to us and we will respond within one month, usually much sooner. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you are entitled to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts of any kind. Nothing about your visit is recorded, and there is consequently nothing for you to consent to or opt out of.
Velora Properties is a fictional company built to demonstrate the HubZero Real Estate blueprint. Every residence, person, price and location on this site is invented.
Because there is no server behind it, no enquiry made through this website is transmitted, received or stored anywhere. The enquiry form composes a message in your own email application and does nothing else.
