Sennen Fold

Sennen Fold was completed in March and reserved in April, before it appeared on this site. We are leaving it here because a practice that only shows what it can still sell gives a misleading picture of what it builds.

The house folds around a sheltered courtyard set below the dune crest, with the accommodation on two sides and a wall on the third. From the bay you see a hedge and a chimney. From inside, you see nothing but the courtyard and a framed strip of water.

Something similar becomes available roughly once a year. If this is the house you wanted, the sensible step is to speak to us about what is being built rather than what is listed.
